Cooking Procedure: 1. Add to the donut premix mixture 1 egg, 150 ml milk, 30 ml water, 20 grams shortening, 25 grams margarine. 2. Mix well, and knead the dough to become elastic. 3. Ferment for 1 hour then roll out the dough into 1/2 thick and cut using a donut cutter. 4. Proof until double in size. 5. Heat oil in a large skillet to 350F then dry until golden brown and drain,
